cheeseburger bowl dip

This is sooo good...We eat it as a meal. You can change it up. Whatever you may like on a burger you could add.

Ingredients

  • 1 - round kings hawaiian bread..plus an extra pack of the hawaiian rolls
  • 2 pounds ground beef
  • 1 package ranch mix
  • - black pepper
  • 1 can rotel tomatoes..drained
  • 1/2 - block a velveta cheese
  • 1 medium yellow onion
  • 1 medium red onion
  • 1 package fresh mushrooms
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • MUSTARD SAUCE
  • 3 tablespoons yellow mustard
  • 1 teaspoon red wine vinagear
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • dash cayenne pepper
  • - sliced pickles
  • - a little olive oil

How To Make cheeseburger bowl dip

  • Step 1
    Carve out the center core of the bread...keeping the bread intact..save the bread to eat with dip
  • Step 2
    Brown ground meat..add ranch mix and pepper. Cut the velveta adn allow it to melt then add rotel
  • Step 3
    Using a little olive oil saulte the onions and mushrooms until cameralized.
  • Step 4
    Spoon warm meat mixture into the bread..top with cheddar cheese then onions and mushroom and pickles...you can add anything else you may like on burgers( bacon, peppers, olives..ect)
  • Step 5
    Drizzle with the mustard mixture.
  • Step 6
    Serve warm with the extra bread and rolls.
