I use this sauce for vegetables like broccoli, cauliflower, potatoes and asparagus. I also use it as a dip by adding jalapenos and a little garlic. I have also used it as a spread on sandwiches and in casseroles instead of shredding cheese. It saves time and energy. Enjoy! :)

Ingredients
- 3 cups milk
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1/4 cup real butter
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 pound cheese (i use cheddar)
- 1/4 teaspoon parsley (optional)
How To Make cheese sauce

Step 1Pre-heat burner on Medium High Heat with saucepot on burner

Step 2Pour Milk into mixing bowl

Step 3Add Cornstarch to milk and stir with whisk until well blended

Step 4Add Butter and Cheddar Cheese to mixing bowl and mix all ingredients together well

Step 5Pour mixing bowl ingredients into saucepan on preheated burner

Step 6Add the Salt and Parsley to the sauce pot

Step 7Stir every 2-3 minutes until it thickens to right consistency. I like my sauce thick so I let it cook for about 20 minutes.

Step 8Remove from heat and serve.
