Ingredients
- 12 fl oz - your favorite beer
- 2 tablespoons all purpose flour
- 1 1/2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch ground black pepper
How To Make cheddar cheese beer dipping sauce

Step 1Add the beer to a sauce pan. Bring it to a boil.

Step 2Toss the flour with the cheese. Toss in some salt and pepper.

Step 3Once the beer is boiling, add the cheese and flour mixture, dial down the heat, and stir constantly.

Step 4Stir until the mixture is melted and smooth.

Step 5Then remove from heat and put it into a serving bowl.
