This is a great dipping sauce for pretzels, vegetables, etc.

Ingredients

12 fl oz
your favorite beer
2 Tbsp
all purpose flour
1 1/2 c
cheddar cheese, shredded
1 pinch
salt
1 pinch
ground black pepper

How to Make Cheddar Cheese Beer Dipping Sauce

Step-by-Step

  • 1Add the beer to a sauce pan. Bring it to a boil.
  • 2Toss the flour with the cheese. Toss in some salt and pepper.
  • 3Once the beer is boiling, add the cheese and flour mixture, dial down the heat, and stir constantly.
  • 4Stir until the mixture is melted and smooth.
  • 5Then remove from heat and put it into a serving bowl.
