Just as I love my olive dip for the sour and saltiness of the olives...this ones right up there too with pickles...I think you will love this dip...make it, and watch it disappear...my son, who hates pickles eats this dip...he already has it half gone...lol! Enjoy! My photos

Ingredients
- 1 - 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 tablespoon parsley
- 8 - grinds of fresh cracked pepper
- 1 1/2 - 2 teaspoons onion powder
- 1 - 2 ounces jar chipped beef, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons onion, finely chopped
- 3/4 cup dill pickles, drain, and chopped finely

Step 1Combine the cream cheese, sour cream, and seasonings in a bowl.

Step 2Stir in pickles, onions and the dried beef. Chill for at least 2 hours.

Step 3Serve with crackers...delish!
