Ingredients
- 1 large velveeta cheese
- 1 pound sausage
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can diced tomato and green chile (rotel)
How To Make caso con carne dip

Step 1Brown and ground sausage. (use hot if you like your dip more spicy) Drain off fat.

Step 2Cube velveeta cheese.

Step 3Add everything to a crock pot (can use hot rotel as well just depends on spicy you like your food). Cook on low until melted. Stir every once in awhile. Serve with chips and enjoy!
