Ingredients
- 1 stick butter
- 3 - green onions, chopped
- 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
- 12 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 pound lump crab meat
- 1 dash tabasco
How To Make carnival crab dip

Step 1Melt butter in a medium saucepan over low heat. Add green onions, garlic and Tabasco and mix well. Stir in cream cheese. Fold in the crab meat gently.

Step 2Cook over low heat for 3-5 minutes or just until heated through (do not overcook).

Step 3Serve the dip warm with melba toast rounds or spoon into small puff pastry shells.
