  • 3
    green onions, chopped
  • 1 tsp
    garlic, minced
  • 12 oz
    cream cheese, softened
  • 1 lb
    lump crab meat
  • 1 dash(es)

How to Make Carnival Crab Dip


  1. Melt butter in a medium saucepan over low heat. Add green onions, garlic and Tabasco and mix well. Stir in cream cheese. Fold in the crab meat gently.
  2. Cook over low heat for 3-5 minutes or just until heated through (do not overcook).
  3. Serve the dip warm with melba toast rounds or spoon into small puff pastry shells.
