caramelized onion dip
(2 RATINGS)
My daughter in law found this in a newspaper in Birmingham, AL. I was asked to bring dip and chips to our next family get together and she told me about this delicious dip!! I prepared it and the guests raved..As most of the seasoned cooks are aware, it takes a while to caramelize onions. Slow and low..but so worth it. We had 15 guests and I made 2 recipes separately. Enjoy !!!
