Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 small onion diced
- 1 medium red bell pepper diced
- 1 pound shrimp uncooked and chopped
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon cajun seasoning
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons worcestershire sauce
- 8 ounces cream cheese softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese divided
- 1/2 cup fresh shredded parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup scallions white and green parts separated.
How To Make cajun shrimp dip

Step 1Preheat oven 350 degrees. Place butter in a large skillet. Add the onion, and red bell pepper in skillet and cook about 5 minutes. Add the shrimp and garlic and cook until shrimp starts to turn pink. Add the Cajun seasoning, lemon juice, and Worcestershire sauce.

Step 2Turn heat to low. Add the cream cheese, sour cream, half the mozzarella , Parmesan, and white parts of the scallions. Stir until all the cheese is melted together and smooth.

Step 3Place in a baking pan. Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella cheese on the top. Place in oven and bake about 15 to 20 minutes until browned and bubbly.

Step 4Garnish with the green parts of scallion. Serve with crackers.
