I love this with all kinds of vegetables. I am not a big fan of anchovies so I only use 2 ounces. I took this to a party and it didn't lost long. 7/19/15

Ingredients

  • 2 cups mayonnaise reduced-fat, if desired
  • 4 ounces anchovies undrained
  • 1 1/4 cups dijon-style mustard
  • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup minced green onion white part only
  • 1 teaspoon ground white pepper
  • 2 tablespoons capers
  • 1 tablespoon parmesan cheese

How To Make caesar vegetable dip

  • Step 1
    In a blender or food processor, blend together first six ingredients.
  • Step 2
    Put into serving dish, stir in capers and parmesan cheese, cover, and refrigerate until serving.
  • Step 3
    If desired, top with additional drained capers before serving.
