Caesar Vegetable Dip

I love this with all kinds of vegetables. I am not a big fan of anchovies so I only use 2 ounces. I took this to a party and it didn't lost long. 7/19/15
Ingredients

2 cmayonnaise reduced-fat, if desired
-
4 ozanchovies undrained
-
1 1/4 cdijon-style mustard

1/4 cfresh lemon juice

1/4 cminced green onion white part only

1 tspground white pepper
-
2 Tbspcapers
-
1 Tbspparmesan cheese
How to Make Caesar Vegetable Dip
- In a blender or food processor, blend together first six ingredients.
- Put into serving dish, stir in capers and parmesan cheese, cover, and refrigerate until serving.
- If desired, top with additional drained capers before serving.
