caesar vegetable dip
I love this with all kinds of vegetables. I am not a big fan of anchovies so I only use 2 ounces. I took this to a party and it didn't lost long. 7/19/15

Ingredients
- 2 cups mayonnaise reduced-fat, if desired
- 4 ounces anchovies undrained
- 1 1/4 cups dijon-style mustard
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 cup minced green onion white part only
- 1 teaspoon ground white pepper
- 2 tablespoons capers
- 1 tablespoon parmesan cheese
How To Make caesar vegetable dip

Step 1In a blender or food processor, blend together first six ingredients.

Step 2Put into serving dish, stir in capers and parmesan cheese, cover, and refrigerate until serving.

Step 3If desired, top with additional drained capers before serving.
