We had a Haas Avacado tree in our back yard when I was kid growing up in Fullerton, CA. I used make myself sick because I'd eat so many of them when they would start falling off of the tree!

Ingredients

Add to Grocery List

4 large
ripe haas avacados
1, 4 oz
can diced green chilies
1 medium
tomato finely diced
1 small
onion finely diced
2 Tbsp
sour cream
1 tsp
lemon juice
sea salt to taste

How to Make Bunyan's Guacamole

Step-by-Step

  • 1Cut the avacados in half lengthwise and take out the pit
  • 2Scoop out the luscious green goodness into a mixing bowl
  • 3Mash well
  • 4Stir in the rest of the ingredients
  • 5Chill for 4 hours before serving
