We had a Haas Avacado tree in our back yard when I was kid growing up in Fullerton, CA. I used make myself sick because I'd eat so many of them when they would start falling off of the tree!

Ingredients
- 4 large ripe haas avacados
- 1, 4 ounces can diced green chilies
- 1 medium tomato finely diced
- 1 small onion finely diced
- 2 tablespoons sour cream
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- - sea salt to taste
How To Make bunyan's guacamole

Step 1Cut the avacados in half lengthwise and take out the pit

Step 2Scoop out the luscious green goodness into a mixing bowl

Step 3Mash well

Step 4Stir in the rest of the ingredients
