This one is so good I'll make sandwiches out of it! This is another one that I put together just playing around in the kitchen. Thank you Chef Kim Kramer for teaching me the flavor dynamic techniques so well in Culinary School! I miss you Kiminator!

Ingredients

  • 2 cans crab meat drained & flaked
  • 1 pint sour cream
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise or bunyannaise ( recipe here on j.a.p. )
  • 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro
  • 2 tablespoons grated onion
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • - sea salt & freshly cracked black pepper to taste

How To Make bunyan's diabetic crab dip

  • Step 1
    Place all ingredients in a bowl
  • Step 2
    Stir thoroughly to combine
  • Step 3
    Chill for at least 4 hours before serving
