Buffalo Wing Dip
16 ozcream cheese, softened
1 cranch dressing
2 ccheddar cheese, shredded and divided
3 cshredded cooked chicken
1/2 cbleu cheese, (optional)
6 ozhot wing sauce, (hot or mild) - i use frank's brand of hot wing sauce.
How to Make Buffalo Wing Dip
- Combine cream cheese, ranch dressing, and hot sauce. Add 1-1/2 cups of cheddar cheese and mix well. Stir in shredded chicken. Place in a large, well greased pie pan. Sprinkle with remaining cheddar cheese and bleu cheese, (if desired). Bake at 350 degrees for 30-to-40 minutes or until cheese is slightly browned and dip is hot throughout. Serve with celery sticks and crackers for dipping. You can also use the grocery store rotisserie chicken for this recipe for an even quicker fix!
