This easy to make dip tastes like you worked all day. I never take any home! You can make it as hot or as mild as your taste prefers. You may or may not use the bleu cheese whichever your guests like. It does add a "zip" to the overall taste, however.

Ingredients

  • 16 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup ranch dressing
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded and divided
  • 3 cups shredded cooked chicken
  • 1/2 cup bleu cheese, (optional)
  • 6 ounces hot wing sauce, (hot or mild) - i use frank's brand of hot wing sauce.

How To Make buffalo wing dip

  • Step 1
    Combine cream cheese, ranch dressing, and hot sauce. Add 1-1/2 cups of cheddar cheese and mix well. Stir in shredded chicken. Place in a large, well greased pie pan. Sprinkle with remaining cheddar cheese and bleu cheese, (if desired). Bake at 350 degrees for 30-to-40 minutes or until cheese is slightly browned and dip is hot throughout. Serve with celery sticks and crackers for dipping. You can also use the grocery store rotisserie chicken for this recipe for an even quicker fix!
