My bestfriend and I make this everytime we hang out,lol. Its great for "tailgate" parties as well!

Ingredients

  • 1/2-1 pound cooked shredded chicken
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 4 ounces ranch dressing
  • 8 ounces buffalo wing sauce
  • 8 ounces mozzarella cheese, shredded

How To Make buffalo chicken dip

  • Step 1
    Shred leftover rotissary or baked chicken, and maranade chicken in wing sauce while preping pan/baking dish. ( appx. a 15 min Maranade time)
  • Step 2
    Spread cream cheese on bottom of 8x8 baking dish. and add the Ranch atop the cream cheese.
  • Step 3
    Pour chicken atop of ranch dressing and cover with the Mozzerella Cheese.
  • Step 4
    Bake at 325 for about 30 to 35 mins or until Mozzerella is melted and slightly browned.
  • Step 5
    Serve with Crackers or ( my fave) Celery!
