This comes from a woman in our Corvette Club. We can't wait for her to arrive at a Club potluck, we know she'll bring this dip. Great with crackers or crusty bread.

  • 1 pkg
    cream cheese, softened
  • 2-3
    chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
  • 1 bottle
    texas pete hot sauce (6 oz)
  • 1 jar(s)
    marie's blue cheese dressing
  • 1 pkg
    shredded monterrey jack cheese (large size)

How to Make Buffalo Chicken Dip


  1. Spread cream cheese in the bottom of an 8 x 8 glass baking dish
  2. Spread shredded chicken all over the creamed cheese, covering completely
  3. Shake the hot sauce and pour over the chicken to taste (I use an entire bottle, but I like things spicy)
  4. Cover with Blue Cheese dressing and top with cheese
  5. Bake in a 325 degree oven until bubbly. About 20 minutes.
  6. Serve with corn chips, Tostitos, or crusty bread.
