wendy's buffalo chicken dip
Someone told me once that they were making buffalo chicken dip. I had never heard of it before, so I asked for the recipe, I tried it, and didn't care for it. But got to thinking it could be so good...so I set forth to make the ultimate buffalo chicken dip! This is the outcome! Hope you like it too!

Ingredients
- 3 - chicken breast, cooked and shredded
- 1/8-1/4 cup *lousisana hot sauce (to preferred taste)
- 1 cup mayonaise
- 1 - 8oz packages cream cheese
- 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded and separated
- 2-3 tablespoons green onions, finely chopped
- 1-2 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2/3 cup blue cheese, crumbled and separated (or feta, i like to use a combination of feta and blue)
How To Make wendy's buffalo chicken dip

Step 1Preheat oven to 375. Spray a 2 quart casserole dish with non stick spray.

Step 2In a bowl, toss chicken with hot sauce and set aside.

Step 3Mix mayo, cream cheese, 1 1/2 c cheddar, onions, lemon and 1/3 cup of blue cheese together in casserole dish.

Step 4Stir chicken into cheese mixture and top with remaining cheddar and blue cheese.

Step 5Bake 20-25 minutes, until bubbly. Serve warm with celery sticks and favorite cracker.

Step 6*hot sauce - I prefer really mild, I only use a tablespoon if even...and it's still really good!
