brother's spinach artichoke dip

My all time fav thing to make. It's a must have for my Superbowl parties and other gatherings!

Ingredients

  • 10 ounces frozen, chopped spinach (thawed & drained well)
  • 6 ounces jar of marinated artichoke hearts (drained and chopped)
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1-3 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup sour cream

How To Make brother's spinach artichoke dip

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  • Step 2
    Combine all ingredients into a mixing bowl and gently stir together until combined.
  • Step 3
    Pour into a greased 8" or 9" pie plate or other baking dish and bake for 25-35 minutes. Serve with french or sourdough bread or our fav, Tostitos Scoops (chips)
