Ingredients
- 10 ounces frozen, chopped spinach (thawed & drained well)
- 6 ounces jar of marinated artichoke hearts (drained and chopped)
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1-3 clove garlic, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup sour cream
How To Make brother's spinach artichoke dip

Step 1Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

Step 2Combine all ingredients into a mixing bowl and gently stir together until combined.

Step 3Pour into a greased 8" or 9" pie plate or other baking dish and bake for 25-35 minutes. Serve with french or sourdough bread or our fav, Tostitos Scoops (chips)
