How to Make Broccoli and Mushroom Dip
- 1Cook broccoli just until tender-crisp, about 3 minutes.
- 2Drain and put under cold water.
- 3In nonstick skillet, heat oil over medium heat.
- 4Add garlic, onion and mushrooms and cook until onion is tender and set aside.
- 5In blender, combine cottage cheese and yogurt.
- 6season with salt and pepper to taste.
- 7Process just until mixed.
- 8Cover and refrigerate.
- 9Makes 2 1/2 cups.
