How to Make Broccoli and Mushroom Dip

Step-by-Step

  • 1Cook broccoli just until tender-crisp, about 3 minutes.
  • 2Drain and put under cold water.
  • 3In nonstick skillet, heat oil over medium heat.
  • 4Add garlic, onion and mushrooms and cook until onion is tender and set aside.
  • 5In blender, combine cottage cheese and yogurt.
  • 6season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • 7Process just until mixed.
  • 8Cover and refrigerate.
  • 9Makes 2 1/2 cups.
