Ingredients
- 2 cups broccoli, chopped
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 - garlic clove
- 1/2 - onion, chopped
- 1/4 pound mushrooms, chopped
- 3/4 cup cottage cheese, lowfat
- 1/4 cup yogurt, low-fat, plain
- pinch salt and pepper
How To Make broccoli and mushroom dip

Step 1Cook broccoli just until tender-crisp, about 3 minutes.

Step 2Drain and put under cold water.

Step 3In nonstick skillet, heat oil over medium heat.

Step 4Add garlic, onion and mushrooms and cook until onion is tender and set aside.

Step 5In blender, combine cottage cheese and yogurt.

Step 6season with salt and pepper to taste.

Step 7Process just until mixed.

Step 8Cover and refrigerate.

Step 9Makes 2 1/2 cups.
