How to Make Braunschweiger Cheese Ball


  • 1Mix braunschweiger and cream cheese (same some cream cheese for frosting) together in small amounts until done.
  • 2Add spices.
  • 3Mold into ball.
  • 4Place on plate and refrigerate.
  • 5When chilled so stiff, put on rest of cream cheese for frosting.
  • 6Sprinkle with crushed cashew nuts.
