Ingredients

  • 1 pound braunschweiger
  • 2 packages 8 oz cream cheese
  • - garlic salt
  • - worchester sauce
  • - crushed cashew nuts

How To Make braunschweiger cheese ball

  • Step 1
    Mix braunschweiger and cream cheese (same some cream cheese for frosting) together in small amounts until done.
  • Step 2
    Add spices.
  • Step 3
    Mold into ball.
  • Step 4
    Place on plate and refrigerate.
  • Step 5
    When chilled so stiff, put on rest of cream cheese for frosting.
  • Step 6
    Sprinkle with crushed cashew nuts.
