I had never had this until i moved out to east Texas. It is a staple at any good cajun cookout. Try this as a dipper at your next crawfish boil. Aaaiiiiyeeeee!

- 3/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 3/4 teaspoon prepared horseradish
- 3/4 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
