Ingredients
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup blue cheese, crumbled
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon white vinegar or white wine
How To Make blue cheese dip
-
Step 1Blend all the ingredients together. Sour Cream, Mayonnaise, Blue Cheese, Garlic, & Vinegar or Wine. Refrigerate a bit prior to serving to let flavors meld. Keeps in refrigerator for 2 weeks.
-
Step 2BUFFALO WINGS: I just take my wings, you can use the little drumettes or the whole wing (i like to cut the little leg part of the wing from what i call the flying part & use it all to fry). At this point I just wet my Chicken parts & dredge in Self-Rising Flour & toss into a cast iron skillet that has ready for frying in it Crisco. When fried, toss into a 200 degree F. oven to keep warm & bake off some of that grease, while finishing frying any more chicken left to fry. Parking the fried chicken on a rack on top of a cookie sheet now because Alton Brown says so.
-
Step 3MY BUFFALO WING SAUCE: Nothing more than equal parts Butter & Hot Sauce in a small saucepan. Putting that together & heating it up on top of the stove. You can season it with garlic powder or anything that suits your taste. When all is done, pouring the heated up hot sauce all over the fried wings.
