Bleu Cheese Dip (Buffalo Style Optional)

- (16 oz.) container sour cream
- 2 pkg
- bleu cheese (the small blocks in the foil package or the containers of crumbles)
- frank's red hot, tabasco, or hot sauce of your choice, to taste, (optional)
How to Make Bleu Cheese Dip (Buffalo Style Optional)
- 1Mix sour cream and bleu cheese. If using the blocks, crumble first. If you want buffalo style, add hot sauce as well. You can eat this right away, but if you allow it to chill in the frig for at least a couple hours it will be much better. Letting it chill overnight is best, the flavors really meld, but I can never wait that long! LOL
