How to Make Bhainee's Sour Cream Dip/Chutney
- 1in dry pan toast cumin seeds, jiggle pan slightly or use utensil to move seeds periodically and prevent over browning. Should turn slightly darker and have a toasty smell. - about 1 - 2 minutes. crush or grind if you have the means.
wash/dry and rough chop cilantro and place in blender/food processor and blend/chop (can be pulse if you prefer)until mostly chopped.
Add sour cream, cumin seeds and salt to cilantro and blend/puree and SERVE!!
