Best Ever Cheese Dip

My mom has made this dip ever since I was a little girl. We have loved it for over 40 years! I get request to bring this to work all the time. Everyone loves it, and its so easy to make!

2 lb
velveeta cheese
1 can(s)
10 oz can rotel (i use the regular can use hot or mild)
1 can(s)
15 oz can of enchilada sauce (i use medium, can use hot or mild)


1Slice the cheese so it will melt easily.
2Put into large heavy sauce pan and add the other ingredients. Melt cheese on low heat stirring constantly.
3When all melted and mixed together eat while warm with chips. Refridgerate in sealed container. Can be eaten cold also.
4FYI.... I can only get 10oz cans of enchilada sauce now, so I just use 1 1/2 cans. I have added ground beef to this also.
