best ever cheese dip

My mom has made this dip ever since I was a little girl. We have loved it for over 40 years! I get request to bring this to work all the time. Everyone loves it, and its so easy to make!

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds velveeta cheese
  • 1 can 10 oz can rotel (i use the regular can use hot or mild)
  • 1 can 15 oz can of enchilada sauce (i use medium, can use hot or mild)

How To Make best ever cheese dip

  • Step 1
    Slice the cheese so it will melt easily.
  • Step 2
    Put into large heavy sauce pan and add the other ingredients. Melt cheese on low heat stirring constantly.
  • Step 3
    When all melted and mixed together eat while warm with chips. Refridgerate in sealed container. Can be eaten cold also.
  • Step 4
    FYI.... I can only get 10oz cans of enchilada sauce now, so I just use 1 1/2 cans. I have added ground beef to this also.
