best ever cheese dip
My mom has made this dip ever since I was a little girl. We have loved it for over 40 years! I get request to bring this to work all the time. Everyone loves it, and its so easy to make!

Ingredients
- 2 pounds velveeta cheese
- 1 can 10 oz can rotel (i use the regular can use hot or mild)
- 1 can 15 oz can of enchilada sauce (i use medium, can use hot or mild)
How To Make best ever cheese dip

Step 1Slice the cheese so it will melt easily.

Step 2Put into large heavy sauce pan and add the other ingredients. Melt cheese on low heat stirring constantly.

Step 3When all melted and mixed together eat while warm with chips. Refridgerate in sealed container. Can be eaten cold also.

Step 4FYI.... I can only get 10oz cans of enchilada sauce now, so I just use 1 1/2 cans. I have added ground beef to this also.
