How to Make Best Ever Cheese Dip
- Slice the cheese so it will melt easily.
- Put into large heavy sauce pan and add the other ingredients. Melt cheese on low heat stirring constantly.
- When all melted and mixed together eat while warm with chips. Refridgerate in sealed container. Can be eaten cold also.
- FYI.... I can only get 10oz cans of enchilada sauce now, so I just use 1 1/2 cans. I have added ground beef to this also.
