8 ozcream cheese, room temperature
Few dash(es)ketchup - just for color
dash(es)milk - just enough to help cream the cheese
dash(es)onion salt - to taste
dash(es)garlic salt - to taste
How to Make Best Chip Dip Ever
- Place cream cheese into processor and add a little milk - blend until smooth adding small doses of milk as needed. If cream cheese is soft enough you can even whip this up with a fork.
- Add worcestershire and ketchup - just enough ketchup to give it a little color. Mix until fully blended.
- Add onion and garlic salt - small shakes and taste after blended. Don't want to make it to salty.
Do not substitute garlic powder for the salt - it has been tried by a family member and everyone turns up their nose at the difference in taste :)
