How to Make Best 7 Layer Bean Dip

  1. Spread both cans of bean dip evenly on the bottom of a 9x13 pan.
  2. Peel, pit, and mash avocados in medium bowl. Add lemon juice, salt and pepper and mix well. Spread this layer over the bean layer.
  3. In medium bowl, mix sour cream, mayonnaise, and taco mix until smooth. Spread this layer over the avocado layer.
  4. Dice tomato. Spread 2/3 of diced tomato over sour cream layer.
  5. Chop green onions (about 3/4 cup). Spread 1/2 cup over tomato layer.
  6. Spread 2/3 of sliced black olives over green onions.

  9. To make it a bit spicier, add a layer of diced jalapeno peppers.
  10. Use your favorite tortilla chips for dipping and enjoy! I've found Mission brand tortilla strips to be a favorite in my household.
