This is SOOO easy - and it's great to serve at a game day party. Guys LOVE this. It's deliciously unhealthy! hehehe Best served with sourdough pretzels

Ingredients For beer dip

  • 16 oz
    cream cheese
  • 1/3 c
    beer or non-alcoholic beer
  • 1
    envelope ranch salad dressing mix
  • 2 c
    shredded cheddar cheese (i like extra sharp)
  • sourdough pretzels (for dipping)

How To Make beer dip

  • 1
    In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese, beer and dressing mix until smooth. Stir in cheese. Serve with pretzels. Refrigerate leftovers.
