Ingredients
- 12 ounces shredded cheddar
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 to 1/2 cup salsa
- 1/2 cup beer
- 2 cloves garlic
- - lime juice, to taste
- - hot sauce, to taste
How To Make beer cheese dip

Step 1Put all ingredients in large blender or food processor & blend until smooth. Add more beer &/or salsa to get to preferred texture.

Step 2Refrigerate for at least 2 hours for flavors to meld. Serve cold or room temp with tortilla chips.
