beer cheese dip
Hubby came up with this recipe.
Blue Ribbon Recipe
Another easy appetizer for a game day tailgate or a party. This beer cheese dip isn't truly a dip. It has the texture of a cheese ball or cheese spread. It's pretty addictive. Serve with crackers, crostini, or harder sourdough pretzels.
