I serve this at every gathering I host. It makes more than enough for a 2-qt slow cooker, which I keep it in to keep the dip warm.

Ingredients
- 1 pound velveeta
- 1 jar salsa, chunky
- 1 pound each, ground beef and pork sausage
How To Make beefy cheesy dip

Step 1Brown ground beef and sausage together in a large pan.

Step 2While your meat is browning, cut Velveeta into cubes (however small you like). This will help with melting into the meat.

Step 3Drain fat from ground beef/sausage. Return to medium heat and add Velveeta, cubed. Once melted and mixed together, add the jar of salsa and heat thoroughly.

Step 4Serve with Fritos corn chips or sturdy tortilla chips.
