Ingredients

  • 1 Lb.
    lean (at least 80/20) ground beef
  • 2 c
    shredded colby/jack cheese
  • 1 can(s)
    refried beans
  • 1 c
    medium chunky salsa
  • 1 large
    onion, chopped
  • 1 pkg
    taco seasoning mix
  • 1 pt
    sour cream (optional)
  • 1/4 c
    chopped cilantro(optional

How to Make Beef ,Bean & Cheese Dip

Step-by-Step

  1. Divide Chopped onion into 2 bowls. Reserve 1 bowl for later.
  2. Combine Ground beef, 1 bowl chopped onion, and Taco Seasoning. Cook, Stirring frequently, until beef is browned and onions are clear. Drain & cool.
  3. In a large bowl, Combine remaining chopped onion, ground beef mixture, shredded Cheese, Salsa, and refried beans and mix thoroughly. Serve in Dip Tray or individual dishes. Use a Dollop of Sour Cream and/or chopped cilantro as garnish if desired.
