    green chiles, diced
  • 1/4 c
    tomato sauce or mild chili salsa
  • 4
    green onions, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp
  • 1/2
    garlic clove, minced
  • 30 oz
    refried beans

How to Make Bean Dip


  1. Combine chiles, tomato sauce, onions and seasonings in a saucepan and cook until onions are tender.
  2. Add beans and cook approximately 8 minutes.
  3. Serve either hot or cold; top with grated low-fat cheese if desired.
