mirin "japanese sweet wine"

1 Tbsp

How to Make Basicly Simple Teriyaki Sauce


  • 1Frist combine soy sauce, sake, mirin & sugar in a small saucepan over medium heat & stir until sugar is dissolved. Can be used immediately or cooled and refrigerated.
