This is an easy teriyaki recipe I make when am in a pinch. Once you master this recipe you can add in some ginger & garlic. Easy to make this recipe your very own.

Ingredients For basicly simple teriyaki sauce

  • 1/4 c
    shoyu "soy suace"
  • 2 Tbsp
    mirin "japanese sweet wine"
  • 1/4 c
    sake
  • 1 Tbsp
    sugar

How To Make basicly simple teriyaki sauce

  • 1
    Frist combine soy sauce, sake, mirin & sugar in a small saucepan over medium heat & stir until sugar is dissolved. Can be used immediately or cooled and refrigerated.
