baked artichoke spinach dip
i found this recipe among the many of recipes that my dearly departed grandmother had collected over the years . so i tired it out and my hubby loved it . In fact its one of his fave. dips !

Ingredients
- 1 to 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 to 2 teaspoons dijon style mustard
- 1 dash white pepper
- 1 - 14- oz can artichoke hearts , drained and chopped
- 1 cup looseky pk , coarsely chopped spinach leaves
- 1/2 cup finely chopped red onion ( 1 meduim size )
How To Make baked artichoke spinach dip

Step 1In a large bowl combine mozzarella cheese, sour cream , mayo , 1/4 c of the Parmesan cheese , the mustard , and pepper stir in the artichoke hearts , spinach and onion .

Step 2spread mixture evenly into a 9 inch pie plate sprinkle with the remaining 1/4c. Parmesan cheese

Step 3Bake uncovered in a 350 degree oven for about 15mins or until heated through

Step 4Serve with chips or toasted pita bread ! ENJOY !!!
