i found this recipe among the many of recipes that my dearly departed grandmother had collected over the years . so i tired it out and my hubby loved it . In fact its one of his fave. dips !

Convection Oven


  • 1 to 1 1/2 c
    shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 c
    sour cream
  • 1 c
  • 1/2 c
    grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 to 2 tsp
    dijon style mustard
  • 1 dash(es)
    white pepper
  • 1
    14- oz can artichoke hearts , drained and chopped
  • 1 c
    looseky pk , coarsely chopped spinach leaves
  • 1/2 c
    finely chopped red onion ( 1 meduim size )

How to Make Baked Artichoke Spinach Dip


  1. In a large bowl combine mozzarella cheese, sour cream , mayo , 1/4 c of the Parmesan cheese , the mustard , and pepper stir in the artichoke hearts , spinach and onion .
  2. spread mixture evenly into a 9 inch pie plate sprinkle with the remaining 1/4c. Parmesan cheese
  3. Bake uncovered in a 350 degree oven for about 15mins or until heated through
  4. Serve with chips or toasted pita bread ! ENJOY !!!
