baked artichoke spinach dip

i found this recipe among the many of recipes that my dearly departed grandmother had collected over the years . so i tired it out and my hubby loved it . In fact its one of his fave. dips !

Ingredients

  • 1 to 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 to 2 teaspoons dijon style mustard
  • 1 dash white pepper
  • 1 - 14- oz can artichoke hearts , drained and chopped
  • 1 cup looseky pk , coarsely chopped spinach leaves
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped red onion ( 1 meduim size )

How To Make baked artichoke spinach dip

  • Step 1
    In a large bowl combine mozzarella cheese, sour cream , mayo , 1/4 c of the Parmesan cheese , the mustard , and pepper stir in the artichoke hearts , spinach and onion .
  • Step 2
    spread mixture evenly into a 9 inch pie plate sprinkle with the remaining 1/4c. Parmesan cheese
  • Step 3
    Bake uncovered in a 350 degree oven for about 15mins or until heated through
  • Step 4
    Serve with chips or toasted pita bread ! ENJOY !!!
