awesome poultry/fish dipping sauce
This is an excellent dipping sauce for foods such as: chicken strips, and fish fingers. The dill and the lemon juice make an excellent compliment to the mayonnaise and mustard, and make a tangy sauce that doesn’t overpower the food it’s dipped into. Andy’s Rule: A sauce should never overpower the main ingredient. So, you ready… Let’s get into the kitchen.

Ingredients
- PLAN/PURCHASE
- 1/4 cup fresh clover honey
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice, freshly squeezed
- 2 tablespoons dill, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon mustard powder
- 1 pinch cayenne
- 1/8 teaspoon paprika, hot or mild
- 1 teaspoon salt, kosher variety, or to taste
- 1/4 teaspoon white pepper, freshly ground, or to taste

Step 2Gather your ingredients.

Step 3Add everything to a mixing bowl.

Step 4Whisk until smooth.

Step 5Chef’s Note: Taste, and do a final check of spices.

Step 6Cover, and place in the fridge for 2 hours before using.
