avocado bacon spread
Started making thus years ago when avocados were in season and i had an abundance of them. Suppose you could also mix in some chopped tomatoes and/or use it as a dip. I just like the simplicity of the avocados and bacon. This is one of those recipes you can add more or less of the ingredients, add other items and serve many ways.
