Ingredients

  • 4 ounces fresh goat cheese chevre, room temperature
  • 15 ounces whole milk ricotta cheese
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons kosher salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground white pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dried garlic powder
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons dried onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon minced fresh thyme leaves
  • 1 tablespoon finely minced baby chives

How To Make artisinal garlic & fine herb cheese spread

  • Step 1
    Place ricotta and goat cheese in the bowl of a stand mixer and whip until completely combined, light and fluffy. About 1 minute.
  • Step 2
    Turn mixer on low and add salt, pepper, garlic, onion, thyme and baby chives. Scrape down sides when needed to mix thoroughly.
  • Step 3
    Place in serving bowl or individual ramekins, chill for at least 30 minutes & garnish with a bit of minced baby chives or chopped flat leaf parsley. Enjoy!
