Ingredients
- 4 ounces fresh goat cheese chevre, room temperature
- 15 ounces whole milk ricotta cheese
- 1 1/2 teaspoons kosher salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground white pepper
- 1 teaspoon dried garlic powder
- 1 1/2 teaspoons dried onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon minced fresh thyme leaves
- 1 tablespoon finely minced baby chives
How To Make artisinal garlic & fine herb cheese spread

Step 1Place ricotta and goat cheese in the bowl of a stand mixer and whip until completely combined, light and fluffy. About 1 minute.

Step 2Turn mixer on low and add salt, pepper, garlic, onion, thyme and baby chives. Scrape down sides when needed to mix thoroughly.

Step 3Place in serving bowl or individual ramekins, chill for at least 30 minutes & garnish with a bit of minced baby chives or chopped flat leaf parsley. Enjoy!
