  • 4 oz
    fresh goat cheese chevre, room temperature
  • 15 oz
    whole milk ricotta cheese
  • 1 1/2 tsp
    kosher salt
  • 1/2 tsp
    ground white pepper
  • 1 tsp
    dried garlic powder
  • 1 1/2 tsp
    dried onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp
    minced fresh thyme leaves
  • 1 Tbsp
    finely minced baby chives

How to Make Artisinal Garlic & Fine Herb Cheese Spread


  1. Place ricotta and goat cheese in the bowl of a stand mixer and whip until completely combined, light and fluffy. About 1 minute.
  2. Turn mixer on low and add salt, pepper, garlic, onion, thyme and baby chives. Scrape down sides when needed to mix thoroughly.
  3. Place in serving bowl or individual ramekins, chill for at least 30 minutes & garnish with a bit of minced baby chives or chopped flat leaf parsley. Enjoy!
