A nice variation of spinach artichoke dip. This appetizer uses marinated and canned artichokes, but no spinach.

Ingredients
- 1 jar marinated artichokes (6 oz)
- 1/2 cup canned artichoke hearts, packed in water, drained
- 1/2 cup water chestnuts, choppd
- 2 tablespoons green onions, minced
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 package cream cheese, softened (3 oz)
- 1/4 - 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 - 1/2 cup sour cream
- seasoned salt and pepper
- dash cayenne pepper
How To Make artichoke dip two ways

Step 1Drain the marinated artichoke hearts, reserving 1 Tbsp of marinade. Dice both artichoke hearts and combine with minced onion. Set aside.

Step 2Combine cream cheese, mayo, sour cream, and seasonings. Combine well. Blend in artichokes, water chestnuts, and reserved marinade.

Step 3Heat over low heat until all cheeses are blended. Serve hot or chilled.
