Ingredients

  • 8 oz
    cream cheese, softened
  • 14 oz
    artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 2 Tbsp
    butter, melted
  • 1 clove
    garlic, minced
  • 1/4 c
    grated parmesan cheese

How to Make Artichoke Dip - Cold

Step-by-Step

  1. Mix all ingredients together well and sprinkle with parmesan cheese. It can be heated before serving, if so desired.
