Most of these dips are hot but this is really a good cold dip!

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 14 ounces artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese

How To Make artichoke dip - cold

  • Step 1
    Mix all ingredients together well and sprinkle with parmesan cheese. It can be heated before serving, if so desired.
