Ingredients
- 1 can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped (14 oz)
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 cup finely grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 2 teaspoons chopped fresh thyme
- crackers, crostini, pita chips, or fresh veggies, for serving
How To Make artichoke dip

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Step 2Combine all the ingredients in a large bowl.

Step 3Once well-mixed, spoon it into a small casserole dish or small ovenproof skillet and bake for 18-20 minutes.
