Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup mayo
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 14 ounces canned artichoke hearts drained
  • 1/2 cup minced red onion
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • salt and pepper to taste

How To Make artichoke dip

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 400
  • Step 2
    In a medium bowl stir together mayo, sour cream, parmesan cheese and onion
  • Step 3
    When these are combined mix in artichoke hearts, lemon juice, salt and pepper
  • Step 4
    Transfer mix to a shallow baking dish
  • Step 5
    Bake for 20 minutes
