- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 14 ounces canned artichoke hearts drained
- 1/2 cup minced red onion

Step 2In a medium bowl stir together mayo, sour cream, parmesan cheese and onion

Step 3When these are combined mix in artichoke hearts, lemon juice, salt and pepper

Step 4Transfer mix to a shallow baking dish
