I have made this recipe more times than I can count.It is absolutely delicious and I never seem to have enough. You will not have leftovers. I have changed it around over the years, but it just gets better. Enjoy

Ingredients

  • 2 cans artichoke hearts, unmarinated
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 8 ounces mozzarella cheese, grated
  • 1/2 cup chopped onions
  • - garlic powder to taste
  • - bread crumbs to taste

How To Make artichoke dip

  • Step 1
    Chop artichokes into quarters and mix all other ingredients together except bread crumbs.
  • Step 2
    Place in baking casserole & sprinkle with bread crumbs.
  • Step 3
    Heat in preheated 350 oven for 1/2 hour or until piping hot.
  • Step 4
    Serve with crackers or chunks of a hearty bread.
