I have made this recipe more times than I can count.It is absolutely delicious and I never seem to have enough. You will not have leftovers. I have changed it around over the years, but it just gets better. Enjoy

  • 2 can(s)
    artichoke hearts, unmarinated
  • 1 c
    parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 c
    mayonnaise
  • 8 oz
    mozzarella cheese, grated
  • 1/2 c
    chopped onions
  • ·
    garlic powder to taste
  • ·
    bread crumbs to taste

How to Make ARTICHOKE DIP

Step-by-Step

  1. Chop artichokes into quarters and mix all other ingredients together except bread crumbs.
  2. Place in baking casserole & sprinkle with bread crumbs.
  3. Heat in preheated 350 oven for 1/2 hour or until piping hot.
  4. Serve with crackers or chunks of a hearty bread.
