Ingredients

2 can(s)artichoke hearts, unmarinated

1 cparmesan cheese, grated
-
1 cmayonnaise
-
8 ozmozzarella cheese, grated

1/2 cchopped onions
-
·garlic powder to taste
-
·bread crumbs to taste
How to Make ARTICHOKE DIP
- Chop artichokes into quarters and mix all other ingredients together except bread crumbs.
- Place in baking casserole & sprinkle with bread crumbs.
- Heat in preheated 350 oven for 1/2 hour or until piping hot.
- Serve with crackers or chunks of a hearty bread.
