I go to a local restaurant franchise and devour their artichoke and spinach dip. So,I decided to make my own and after some experimenting and looking over other dip recipes like this, I believe I found the secret to theirs. This will be great for the Super Bowl crowd OR at your next sit down dinner party. Of course I never met a teenager that didn't love this, too. Most of all... It's easy. Come on people...it's me! They say we are what we eat. I guess that means I'm fast, cheap and easy! And I'm a grandma!!!

NOTE: I have special bowls that look like lettuce leaves that I serve this in for an appetizer at the table during my dinner parties. It really makes this dish a specialty then.
