Ingredients

  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1 1/2 cups crabmeat, chopped
  • - or
  • 1 package imitation crabmeat (8 oz), chopped
  • 3/4 cup fresh parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1/3 cup green onions, thinly sliced
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper

How To Make artichoke and crab dip

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 350F.
  • Step 2
    Beat cream cheese and mayonnaise until smooth.
  • Step 3
    Add garlic, artichokes, crab meat, Parmesan cheese, green onions and lemon zest. Stir well.
  • Step 4
    Spoon mixture into pie plate and bake for 25-30 minutes or until lightly brown and bubbly.
  • Step 5
    Serve with pita or tortilla chips.
