  • 8 oz
    cream cheese
  • 1 c
  • 1 clove
    garlic, minced
  • 1 can(s)
    artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1 1/2 c
    crabmeat, chopped
  • ·
  • 1 pkg
    imitation crabmeat (8 oz), chopped
  • 3/4 c
    fresh parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1/3 c
    green onions, thinly sliced
  • 1 tsp
    lemon zest
  • 1/8 tsp

How to Make Artichoke and Crab Dip


  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. Beat cream cheese and mayonnaise until smooth.
  3. Add garlic, artichokes, crab meat, Parmesan cheese, green onions and lemon zest. Stir well.
  4. Spoon mixture into pie plate and bake for 25-30 minutes or until lightly brown and bubbly.
  5. Serve with pita or tortilla chips.
