This dip is a favorite! My aunt Anthea makes this all the time for parties because it is so simple and she doesn't know how to cook.

Ingredients
- 8 ounces lump crab meat or 8 oz. louis kemp crab meat
- 16 ounces soft cream cheese
- 1 small jar pimentos sliced and drained
- 3/4 teaspoon season salt
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
- pinch salt (optional)
How To Make antheas crab dip

Step 1Beat cream cheese till smooth

Step 2Break crab meat into pieces and add with pimentos, season salt and pepper to cream cheese

Step 3Stir till well blended

Step 4Line a container with plastic wrap and then fill with dip mixture

Step 5Chill for 4 hours till dip sets. Turn over onto a plate and serve with ritz crackers or celery
