Ingredients
- 10 ounces frozen spinach, thawed and drained
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 2 tablespoons minced onion
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 teaspoons flour
- 1 1/4 cups whole milk
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
- 1 1/4 cups fresh parmesan cheese, grated
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup white sharp cheddar cheese, grated
- 1/2 cup canned artichoke hearts, chopped
How To Make another artichoke and spinach dip

Step 1In large saucepan, melt butter over medium heat and saute onion and garlic until onion is soft (about 2 minutes.)

Step 2Add the flour and cook for another minute.

Step 3Add milk and whisk constantly until thickened.

Step 4Remove from heat and stir in lemon juice, Worcestershire, parmesan and sour cream.

Step 5Return to heat and add spinach, cheddar, artichokes and stir until cheese melts and dip is heated thoroughly.

Step 6Serve with tortilla chips or sliced baguette.
