I love spinach. And I love Artichokes. Add them together and I'm in heaven!

10 oz
frozen spinach, thawed and drained
1 Tbsp
2 Tbsp
minced onion
1 clove
garlic, minced
2 tsp
1 1/4 c
whole milk
1/2 tsp
lemon juice
1 tsp
worcestershire sauce
1 1/4 c
fresh parmesan cheese, grated
1/4 c
sour cream
1/2 c
white sharp cheddar cheese, grated
1/2 c
canned artichoke hearts, chopped


1In large saucepan, melt butter over medium heat and saute onion and garlic until onion is soft (about 2 minutes.)
2Add the flour and cook for another minute.
3Add milk and whisk constantly until thickened.
4Remove from heat and stir in lemon juice, Worcestershire, parmesan and sour cream.
5Return to heat and add spinach, cheddar, artichokes and stir until cheese melts and dip is heated thoroughly.
6Serve with tortilla chips or sliced baguette.
