amazing spinach artichoke dip
Wherever I take this dip, it disappears in a matter of minutes! I find that making it in the crock pot is easiest for me but you can also make in microwave or oven. You can also use the low-fat versions of sour cream and cream cheese and the recipe tastes just as good.

Ingredients
- 1 package cream cheese
- 8 ounces sour cream
- 2 cups shredded parmesan
- 1 can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1 package feta cheese (tomato basil)
- 1/4 cup frozen spinach
- - salt and pepper to taste

Step 1In a small crock pot (1.5 qt) add all ingredients, except spinach, and let melt together for about an hour.

Step 2Then add spinach. (I buy a bag of frozen, chopped spinach and keep it in the freezer. It's easier to use than the brick of frozen spinach.)

Step 3Serve with your favorite chips or crackers.
