Amazing Spinach Artichoke Dip
I find that making it in the crock pot is easiest for me but you can also make in microwave or oven. You can also use the low-fat versions of sour cream and cream cheese and the recipe tastes just as good.
1 pkgcream cheese
8 ozsour cream
2 cshredded parmesan
1 can(s)artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
3 clovegarlic, chopped
1 pkgfeta cheese (tomato basil)
1/4 cfrozen spinach
·salt and pepper to taste
How to Make Amazing Spinach Artichoke Dip
- In a small crock pot (1.5 qt) add all ingredients, except spinach, and let melt together for about an hour.
- Then add spinach. (I buy a bag of frozen, chopped spinach and keep it in the freezer. It's easier to use than the brick of frozen spinach.)
- Serve with your favorite chips or crackers.
