This dip has become my signature contribution to any family gathering. It is so simple and quick to prepare. It is always popular, and difficult to stop munching on! You won't believe how delicious this is!!! I can't begin to count how many requests I have recieved for the recipe. Hope you all enjoy it as well!

Ingredients
- 14 ounces can artichoke hearts, chopped
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1-2 clove garlic (or 1/2 - 3/4 teaspoon minced in jar)
- 1 cup fresh parmesan cheese, shredded (refrigerated, not the powdered)
- 1-2 medium tomatoes, chopped
- 1/4-1/2 bunch green onions (scallions), chopped

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Step 2Mix all ingredients except tomatoes and green onions.

Step 3Place in shallow casserole dish.

Step 4Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until lightly browned.

Step 5Add green onions and tomatoes and gently stir in.

Step 6Serve with crackers. I like to choose some with the fancy shapes or several flavors in a box.
