This dip has become my signature contribution to any family gathering. It is so simple and quick to prepare. It is always popular, and difficult to stop munching on! You won't believe how delicious this is!!! I can't begin to count how many requests I have recieved for the recipe. Hope you all enjoy it as well!

can artichoke hearts, chopped
garlic (or 1/2 - 3/4 teaspoon minced in jar)
fresh parmesan cheese, shredded (refrigerated, not the powdered)
green onions (scallions), chopped
How To Make
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix all ingredients except tomatoes and green onions.
Place in shallow casserole dish.
Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until lightly browned.
Add green onions and tomatoes and gently stir in.
Serve with crackers. I like to choose some with the fancy shapes or several flavors in a box.
