I love this sauce because of the garlic and Dijon mustard! This is a great sauce for so many things such as potatoes and fish! I also used this as a dip for onion fritters! I even use it as a spread for crackers! I found this recipe on a cooking site.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 large cloves garlic-crushed
  • 2 teaspoons dijon mustard
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice, fresh
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil, extra virgin
  • - salt & pepper to taste

How To Make aioli sauce

  • Step 1
    Combine all ingredients in a small mixing bowl.
  • Step 2
    Taste and add extra seasoning as required.
  • Step 3
    Let stand in the fridge for at least 15 mins to chill.
