- 3 large tomatoes
- 32 ounces tomato juice
- 6 ounces tomato paste
- 15 ounces black beans, canned
- 15 ounces black-eyed peas
- 1 medium onion diced
- 15.2 ounces sweet corn
- 2 cups sugar
- 1/2 cup vinegar
- 1/2 cup jalapeno peppers
- 2 teaspoons cumin
- 1 teaspoon oregano, fresh
- 2 teaspoons garlic
- 1 1/2 teaspoons coriander
- 1 medium lime juice

Step 1In a food processor, place fresh tomatoes, jalapeno peppers and onions, and pulse chop into small chunks.

Step 2Combine all ingredients in a large stock pot.
