Ingredients

  • 3 large tomatoes
  • 32 ounces tomato juice
  • 6 ounces tomato paste
  • 15 ounces black beans, canned
  • 15 ounces black-eyed peas
  • 1 medium onion diced
  • 15.2 ounces sweet corn
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1/2 cup vinegar
  • 1/2 cup jalapeno peppers
  • 2 teaspoons cumin
  • 1 teaspoon oregano, fresh
  • 2 teaspoons garlic
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons coriander
  • 1 medium lime juice

How To Make ain’t b’s two bean salsa

  • Step 1
    In a food processor, place fresh tomatoes, jalapeno peppers and onions, and pulse chop into small chunks.
  • Step 2
    Combine all ingredients in a large stock pot.
  • Step 3
    Cook for about 15 minutes
  • Step 4
    Makes 10- 8 ounce jars
  • Step 5
    Process jars for 15 minutes
