Great when guests come over. Serve with Tortilla chips home-made or pieces of sourdough bread!

Ingredients

  • 2 Large jars artichoke hearts
  • 2 cups mayonaise (light)
  • 8 ounces cream cheese (you can use low fat if you prefer)
  • 1 1/2 cups parmesan cheese (fat free if you prefer)
  • to taste - dill weed
  • to taste - garlic powder
  • 1 Large - sourdough bread bowl

How To Make adie's hot artichoke dip

  • Step 1
    Melt all ingredients above slowly in a saucepan. Stir to mix well. Pour into a casserole dish (or pie plate).
  • Step 2
    Bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes.
  • Step 3
    Your dip will turn golden brown & bubble. SERVE HOT AND ENJOY!!!
